Dead Pixel Test & Fixer

Click the "Launch Fullscreen Test" button below to start. Use the color swatches to check your screen. Click on each color (White, Black, Red, Green, Blue) to fill your screen. Inspect your monitor carefully on each color for any pixels that do not match.

• Dead pixel will remain black on all colors.
• Stuck pixel will be a solid color (red, green, or blue) and will not change.
• Hot pixel will always be white.

If you find a stuck pixel during the test, you can launch this tool to try and fix it. The tool works by rapidly flashing a sequence of colors, which can sometimes unstick the pixel. Drag the pixel fixer over the affected area and leave it running for at least 10 minutes. This is not guaranteed to work and may not be effective for dead pixels.

Warning: This tool flashes rapidly. Do not use if you are sensitive to flashing lights or have a history of epilepsy.
